Pick the date, say what you want done, and suggest a price. If you set it to repeat, the next few are created for you. You can still move or cancel any of them.
Keep a list of what needs doing, then offer a job to contractors in the right trade near you. Or leave it as a private note and sort it yourself. Nothing goes out until you say so.
See cleaning pros and contractors who cover where you live. Some have a Verified badge, which means they finished an ID check.
Add a partner or family member as a co-owner. They sign in with their own email and password, so you never share a login, and they can book and approve work exactly like you.
A second property, a holiday place, or a parent’s house you help look after. They all sit under one account.
You suggest a price, the pro accepts it or comes back with their own, and you decide. Payment happens between you and them directly. We record what was agreed; we don’t hold your money.
Not a rental business
There are no booking-site calendars, no guests, and no staff permissions to set up. If you’re running rentals rather than looking after your own home, you want the property manager side instead. It’s the same platform with a lot more in it.
